Entrance door
Full, anti-burglary door, 90 cm wide. Opening doors with magnetic cards.
Window joinery
PVC windows, glazed with 3-pane sets of low emission glass, filled with argon. Uw<0.9. Interior window sills protruding from the wall, 3 cm thick conglomerate.
Balconies
Balcony railings made of steel profiles protected against corrosion, powder coated. Fillings and balustrades in safety glass, milk glass.
Air-conditioning
Air-conditioned flats with individual temperature control. Air conditioning system equipped with anti-smog filters.
Heating
Central heating – water system, supplied from a gas boiler room and a cogeneration unit located in the building. Flats supplied with central heating and hot water. Ladder radiators in the bathroom. The building has its own heat source (360kW Buderus boiler + 40kW GHP micro-generator) and gas connection, which allows to significantly reduce costs.
Electrical and telecommunication installations
Electrical installations with switches and sockets. Flats equipped with a bell. Telecommunications installation.
